Our story
The team behind Hastings spent years inside the operations and engineering organizations of the most demanding hardware companies in the world. We saw firsthand what it takes to build at precision, at speed, and under confidentiality.
We also saw the gap. Western technology companies routinely struggle to access China's manufacturing capabilities without compromising on control, IP, or quality. The traditional options — sourcing agents, trading houses, distant outsourcing — are built for a different problem.
